Valentine made me one of the best refreshers I’ve ever had, dude is a legend because I don’t think I’ve had a refresher this good even from Starbucks, my suggestion is the berry burst, mixed perfectly and presented beautifully. Highly recommend! Thanks Valentine

Great customer service! 5 stars for that! They offer small samples of their drinks, to help you pick the perfect one for you! I got the iced caramel truffle latte (with an extra shot of espresso just bc it was a little sweet for my taste) & my son got the mocha cookie crumble frap. Both are yummy! & I really like the cup my iced latte came in! If you’re at Midland Mall, definitely stop by The Latte Factory!

Great customer service! Needed a refreshing drink. Tried their samples and loved it!! 👌 Had to buy a drink! Recommend everyone to definitely come and try!! From today this will be my pit stop! 😋
